1- If there by any reason for you to feel dissatisfied regarding your purchase which cause by any defect in the material (torn apart or dirty ONLY) or we have mistakenly sent wrong items to you, you may return it to us in a condition that it is still not worn, not washed, not amended, not ironed, and ALL TAGS ARE STILL IN A GOOD STATE. All returns must be done within 7 days from your purchased day.
2- Please be informed that we are not obligated to return your payment made through iPay88 and PayPal, if your order is failed to be accepted by our system. This problem may occur due to some technical errors or glitch in the system that we are not liable for. However, if this situation occurs, we will give a few options to you based on our discretion as stated below:
a) You may re-order with the same ordered items.
b) You may re-order with a different ordered items with the same price as your payment.
c) We may give you a discount code for your next purchase.

Refund shipping fee
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will examine it and inform you upon successful return approval. We will then reimburse you the amount that you have spent to ship the item back to us. If your return application is disapproved, you will need to bare the shipping fee for us to resend your item(s).
