What are the delivery guidelines?

We strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is received. Orders made on Saturday will only be shipped on Monday. We provide only local and shipping. *

What is the cost for delivery within Malaysia?

SHIPPING COST WITHIN MALAYSIA : 1-2pcs RM8,3-5pcs RM11,6-8pcs RM14,9-11pcs RM17,12-14pcs RM20,15-17pcs RM23,18-20pcs RM26.Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.

I have received wrong item or defect! What should I do?

We are terribly sorry about that! Kindly complete the form below and Whatsapp picture of the item(s) that you have received to our Customer Service number 017-6985440. You will need to return the item(s) back to us. Returned item(s) must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED and in original packaging. Returns must be posted within 7 days from the date of your purchase.


In Heejabscarf2u, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1- If there by any reason for you to feel dissatisfied regarding your purchase which cause by any defect in the material (torn apart or dirty ONLY) or we have mistakenly sent wrong items to you, you may return it to us in a condition that it is still not worn, not washed, not amended, not ironed, and ALL TAGS ARE STILL IN A GOOD STATE. All returns must be done within 7 days from your purchased day.

2- Please be informed that we are not obligated to return your payment made through iPay88 and PayPal, if your order is failed to be accepted by our system. This problem may occur due to some technical errors or glitch in the system that we are not liable for. However, if this situation occurs, we will give a few options to you based on our discretion as stated below:

a) You may re-order with the same ordered items.

b) You may re-order with a different ordered items with the same price as your payment.

c) We may give you a discount code for your next purchase.

Refund shipping fee

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will examine it and inform you upon successful return approval. We will then reimburse you the amount that you have spent to ship the item back to us. If your return application is disapproved, you will need to bare the shipping fee for us to resend your item(s).
